We spent two lovely nights at Phoenicia Lodge. The breakfast was gorgeous and came with incredibly good coffee and homemade pastries. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was exceptionally nice, very close to the scenic Catskill Mountains, hiking trails, and terrific restaurants.

Phoenicia Lodge is the perfect place to stay in Phoenicia. The rooms are cozy and the staff is friendly. The location is excellent, near the Woodstock brewery, picturesque rapids, and hiking at Overlook Mountain. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Phoenicia. The room itself was clean and incredibly comfortable with bedroom, twin beds as advertised. The personnel was extremely friendly and especially helpful, and the owner too.

Charming hotel, the staff were all affable and excellent and the location was perfect in a beautiful area. Had exceptionally clean room with twin beds and bedroom, as example for a great stay. Location : the property was right by the attractions, Woodstock brewery, and the center. Also, main attraction such as an antique store was 1 mile from this hotel.

Spent Xmas at this lodge with my family. Loved that the room we stayed in was clean and had a full kitchen. Location was great, close to restaurants and had beautiful scenery around.
The only downside was that the futon in the living room looked a little worn and could have been cleaner.
